All merchandise returns must be unopen, unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on our website and never expire.
1.CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPED?
Yes. We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange within 2 hours. After 2 hours, we cannot sure whether the orders are start arranged.
2.WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN PERIOD AFTER RECEIVED?
We will provide an exchange/return on unopened/unworn products within 15 days of the date that you receive your orders.
3.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE/RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the exchange/return shipping costs unless the wrong items or quality problems. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Unique Hair will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate "EXCHANGE, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
4.MAY I EXCHANGE/RETURN THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACT US?
No. You must contact us to sending your exchange/return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, we will facilitate tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that merchandise exchanged/returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

Bundles, Closure , Frontal : Straight / Non-customized texture and color .
Wigs : Pre-made Wig , Non-customized texture and color.
6.WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE?
All customized products, discount products.
7.WHERE I RETURN MY HAIR TO?
Once when you contact our customer service, we will send you our return address.
8.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the different hair after we have received your returns, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were unopen, unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place them in our system. USA orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping, and European orders may take anywhere from 3-7 business days.
9.WHY ARE UNIQUE HAIR NON-EXCHANGEABLE/NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?
Our products are considered hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers like other wig suppliers.
10.WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER THE RETURNED?
When we receive the return package, we will check whether the return is damaged or not, which will affect the second sale. After we check, we will initiate a refund immediately, and the bank will return your payment to your payment method in about three working days.
Once the package has been shipped to the address as the payment and delivered, if not quality issues, no refund or no return. All the customized items are non refundable.
